1. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time: 7 to 20 business days depending on the location.
- In rare cases (such as remote areas or unforeseen delays), delivery may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotional offers.
3. Tracking Orders
- Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID to monitor their shipment.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Vedmadica is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
- If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, re-attempts will be made. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be canceled with limited refund eligibility.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
- If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours with photos as proof.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund (if applicable)
