2. Ayurvedic Product Disclaimer
Our products are based on Ayurveda, an ancient Indian medical system. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before using any product, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or are pregnant/nursing.
3. Order Placement & Acceptance
- Orders can be placed via our website or authorized partners.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order due to reasons such as limited stock, pricing errors, or regulatory issues.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as per Indian regulations).
- Payment options include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (if applicable).
- We do not store customer payment details.
5. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including product descriptions, logos, and images, is the property of Vedmadica and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vedmadica is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to product use. Customers use our products at their discretion.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time: 7 to 20 business days depending on the location.
- In rare cases (such as remote areas or unforeseen delays), delivery may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
- Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotional offers.
3. Tracking Orders
- Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID to monitor their shipment.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Vedmadica is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
- If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, re-attempts will be made. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be canceled with limited refund eligibility.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
- If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, notify us within 48 hours with photos as proof.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund (if applicable).
